We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. To start a return, email us at jonathans2917@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the product arrived damaged or incorrect, in those cases, we cover the return shipping cost. If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
